The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the Goods/Services having the qualities specified in the Agreement, which the Buyer has ordered electronically from the company Eows Home and the website home.ewosb2b.com.tr (the "Website") for the purchase of the Goods/Services belonging to the Seller.

The conclusion of this Agreement shall not prevent the performance of the provisions of the website membership agreements that the parties have separately concluded with Eows Home, and the parties acknowledge and declare that the company Eows Home is in no way a party to the sale of the Goods/Services subject to this Agreement and bears no responsibility or undertaking regarding the fulfillment of the parties' obligations under the Agreement.
